Welcome to Studio P Aesthetics. By booking an appointment with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to provide flexibility for our clients.
Rescheduling and cancellations can be done online up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can easily make changes by clicking the cancel/reschedule button found in your confirmation email.
For changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. If we do not answer your call or if it's outside business hours, please email us at hello@studiopaesthetics.com.au.
Texting or Instagram Direct Messaging will be accepted for cancellation or rescheduling requests. However, cancellations or reschedules via these channels within 48 hours of the appointment will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window. Our policy is as follows:
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your 50% deposit will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy
At Studio P Aesthetics, we have the following refund policies in place:
Services and booking fees are refundable if the appointment is canceled outside the 48-hour cancellation policy.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or if the service or product does not meet your expectations.
For pre-paid treatments, canceling or not completing the full series of treatments will result in the forfeiture of the full treatment cost.

If you have any issues with our services or policies, please contact Studio P Aesthetics directly.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete your treatment in full. A partial treatment may be provided at the discretion of Studio P Aesthetics, depending on the remaining time.
In the event that there is insufficient time to perform the treatment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a 50% fee of the original treatment price will apply.
Liability
We exercise all due care and skill when treating our clients. However, reactions or infections can occur up to 48 hours post-treatment. By booking with us, you release Studio P Aesthetics from any liability for injury, illness, or adverse reactions resulting from the treatment.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any relevant health conditions when booking your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your condition.
If you are using topical skin medications, activated skin creams, serums, cleansers, or acne medication, it is essential to notify your specialist before each appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you present at your appointment while unwell. In such cases, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fees
Cancellations and rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee of the original booking will be charged.
If you reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the treatment price may apply.
